My name is Cindy Davis.
I'm a personal confidence coach and I'm very proud of
the difference I make to the lives of people just like you.
I've had many of the usual challenges in my life: being
a teenager, marriage, children, financial worries, illness,
depression, loss and redundancy.
Not many people make it to *cough* my age without
experiencing at least one of those issues in their life.
But I've discovered that it's not what happens that counts, it's how you respond to it.
We're told many times in our lives that change is difficult and we see evidence of that everywhere: people that want to lose weight but can't; want to give up smoking and can't; phobias that just get worse; friends or family members making the same mistakes over and over again.
But what if you could start changing your life right now? With the help of a supportive coach, with the right tools and with small steps leading you towards your goals, your confidence will increase enormously.
My passion is helping women to overcome the obstacles they see in their lives, achieve work-life balance, feel good about themselves and massively boost their confidence.
Once upon a time there was a lovely young woman, who set out in life with a fairly confident outlook. As time went on, life happened: she had a beautiful baby, got made redundant, lost someone she cared about and gradually her confidence ebbed away.
She didn't notice a sudden change, but her confidence levels dipped down, further and further until suddenly she realised she just wasn't her old self anymore.
Eventually she got to the point where she just didn't want to be that way any more. Trouble was, she didn't really know what she wanted instead, or how to get it and certainly didn't feel like she could do it all by herself.
